- Semantic HTML structure with appropriate heading hierarchy
- ARIA labels on interactive elements and form controls
- Sufficient color contrast ratios for text and interface elements
- Keyboard navigable interface
- Screen reader compatible form inputs with descriptive labels
- Alt text on all meaningful images
- Responsive design supporting browser text scaling up to 200%
- No content flashing more than three times per second
Known Limitations
- Some complex AI-powered modules may have limited screen reader support — actively being improved
- Some third-party components may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards

Benefits Command is tested with NVDA/Firefox (Windows), VoiceOver/Safari (macOS and iOS), and TalkBack/Chrome (Android).
