This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and W4X Technologies LLC ("Licensor"), a Maryland limited liability company and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. By downloading, installing, or using Benefits Command (the "Application"), you agree to the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
Subject to the terms of this EULA and your compliance with our Terms of Service, W4X Technologies LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Application on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accessing your veteran benefits information and tools.
You may not:
Benefits Command offers optional paid subscription tiers (Pro at $19/month and Elite at $49/month). Subscriptions are billed monthly through the payment method on file. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your account settings or your app store account settings.
All purchases are final. Refunds are handled in accordance with the refund policy of the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) or our Terms of Service for web subscriptions.
The Application is licensed, not sold. W4X Technologies LLC and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Application, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not convey any ownership interest to you.
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. The Application may collect and process information as described in the Privacy Policy, including account information, benefit data, and usage analytics. Data stored in the DD214 Profile Builder remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
The Application may include or link to third-party services including Supabase (database infrastructure), Stripe (payment processing), and Anthropic (AI features). Use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. W4X Technologies is not responsible for third-party content or practices.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. W4X TECHNOLOGIES LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. W4X TECHNOLOGIES DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, OR BE ERROR-FREE.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, W4X TECHNOLOGIES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APPLICATION IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You may not use or export the Application in violation of U.S. export laws and regulations. By using the Application, you represent that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. government embargo and are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies from your devices. Sections 6, 9, 10, and 14 survive termination.
W4X Technologies LLC may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Application. By continuing to use the Application after an update, you accept the updated EULA. If you do not accept updates, you must stop using the Application.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Service.
