By accessing or using Benefits Command ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and W4X Technologies LLC, a Maryland limited liability company and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Benefits Command. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Benefits Command is intended for U.S. veterans, active duty service members, members of the Reserve and National Guard, and their eligible dependents and surviving spouses.
To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@vetvault.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Benefits Command offers three tiers:
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize W4X Technologies to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial months except where required by applicable law.

Benefits Command provides educational information and tools to help veterans understand their potential benefits. All information, calculations, assessments, and AI-generated content on this platform are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute legal, medical, or financial advice.
Disability ratings, benefit estimates, claim guidance, nexus letter templates, and all other outputs are informational only. Actual VA benefit determinations are made exclusively by the Department of Veterans Affairs. We make no guarantee that use of our tools will result in any particular outcome with the VA or any other agency.
Always work with an accredited Veterans Service Organization (VSO), VA-accredited claims agent, or licensed attorney for decisions about your benefits.
All content, features, functionality, software, text, graphics, logos, and data on Benefits Command are owned by W4X Technologies LLC or our licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of information you enter into Benefits Command. By entering information into our Service, you grant W4X Technologies a limited license to use that information solely to provide and improve the Service. We will never sell or disclose your personal information to third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
Benefits Command integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Anthropic (AI), and Netlify (hosting). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party service providers.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. W4X TECHNOLOGIES LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, W4X TECHNOLOGIES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless W4X Technologies LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Frederick County, Maryland under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LITIGATION.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification with at least 30 days notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
